Feedback

If you provide us with feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to compensate you.

Fees

Access to certain features may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan.

Billing

Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your subscription agreement.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process in your account settings.

By Us

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1CPLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1cPlatform and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
